The Art of the Perfect Ramen
Our ramen begins with a broth that has been carefully developed over years of refinement. Each base — from velvety Creamy Chicken to bold Kimchi and umami-rich Beef — is crafted to deliver a distinct yet harmonious experience in every sip.
Noodles are chosen to complement each broth, finished with seasonal toppings: tender sliced meats, crisp bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and our house soft-boiled egg — marinated to a silky, flavorful core. Every component is intentional. Every bowl is complete.

Tyler is an amazing server! Very funny and charismatic. The food is always delicious, it’s a nice place to have a filling meal. Today we got the Beef Bowl, gyoza, and birria egg rolls. All were divine, I also recommend their Birria Ramen, Spicy tuna rolls, and creamy chicken ramen.

Yummy place downtown Milwaukee to get ramen! The birria ramen was tasty, and I really enjoyed the kimchi ramen for a vegetarian option. Definitely get a side of the spicy Japanese sauce at level 1 or 2! It was also nice to find a place that has a good thai tea.

I heard Artisan Ramen was good and it did not disappoint! We tried two appetizers and both had great flavors. I added extra spice to my noodle ramen and it was perfect. If you are considered about adding too much hot spice, ask for it on the side and add it yourself. I have recommended this to everyone, I can't wait to come back.
